WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS

1 cup applesauce
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
In a small bowl, combine applesauce and baking soda.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add in applesauce mixture and stir with a wooden spoon, just until blended.
Divide into 12 lined or greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

I doubled this recipe yesterday and they are almost gone! VERY moist and yummy. Your recipes are not helping in my quest to lose weight!
